Nutrition values are automated estimates based solely on macro thresholds and ingredient filters; they may vary by ingredient brand, portion size, and preparation method. No Cap Diet is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical conditions, medications, or individualized health needs.
“Under 5g Carbs” selects meals estimated under 5g net carbohydrates based on data entries. “No Seed Oils” selects meals utilizing clean fats (whole animal fats, olive oil, avocado oil, ghee, tallow, lard, coconut oil) and containing zero seed oils based on ingredient strings. These are automated filtering parameters — not guarantees of safety or any health result.
Recipes and nutrition numbers submitted by other users are not verified by No Cap Diet and may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your login details to yourself. Content that is abusive, hateful, spam, or otherwise harmful may be removed and the account behind it may be suspended. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time: open the app → profile menu → Delete Account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of No Cap Diet will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you and No Cap Diet each consent to that venue.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your own state that cannot be waived by agreement — including your rights over your health data and over cancelling a subscription.
